The aim of the Centre for the Study of the Book is to enrich access to collections of books by fostering
research that crosses academic and professional specialisms, and by promoting this
research through innovative projects, public programmes, and digital developments.
The Centre will collaborate with similar institutions in activities to coordinate cataloguing, digitisation, and conservation projects.
Annual report
Centre funds will also support visiting fellowships and curatorial exchanges between partner institutions.
