This spoof playbill for the fictional Theatre Royal, St Stephen's, Westminster, advertising the appearance of Disraeli 'a political wandering Jew who left the old clothes line to become a representative of Bucks' and Gladstone a 'Clever Cabinet Minister' but as a Scotchman unlikely to be witty. Although both men are lampooned the caricature of Disraeli is the darker.
