Papers and correspondence of Richard Congreve, with some correspondence of his wife. Many of the papers are copies by Mrs Mary Congreve for an intended biography.
The papers were given to Wadham College, Oxford, after the British Museum had made a selection, and were given by the college to the Library in 1957.
