Manuscripts collected by Richard Heber, including material relating to Latin inscriptions, Latin language, the University of Oxford, 18th century literary figures, northern dialect and Greek history, BC 400-BC 320.
The manuscripts were either bought through Thomas Rodd at the Richard Heber sale, Part xi (manuscripts), 10-20 February 1836, or were purchased within the year from Thomas Thorpe, the London bookseller, who had previously obtained them at the sale.Access Conditions
