MSS. Top. Salop. b. 1-6 were bought by 'G.D.R.', Sotheby's, 2 May 1877. The collection was owned by A.T. Butler, Windsor Herald, from whom Sir Anthony Wagner acquired them in 1946.Immediate Source of Acquisition
