Biographical / Historical

George Frederick A. Hibberd (b 1918) served as Administrative Officer, Gold Coast from 1940, and in Nyasaland from 1947. In 1953 he was seconded to Singapore. He then retired, but was re-employed as Trade Commissioner, London, 1960.
