Administrative/Biographical History

Paul Spencer undertook the survey which resulted in this report during his period of research among the Samburu people of Kenya, 1957-1960, at the request of the District Commissioner, Samburu.

Scope and Content

Photocopy of a report by Spencer and related correspondence concerning the Lewaso Dorobo (Il Uaso) people of northern Kenya and the advisability of relocating them, November 1959-December 1960.
