W.J. Young (b 1926) was educated at Luton Grammar School and South Bedford College, undertaking military service, 1944-1947 as a coder in the Royal Navy. He was Assistant Engineer, Fiji, from 1953 and Senior Executive Engineer from 1961.
Reports and official publications relating to the Public Works Department, Fiji, 1954-1972, including a work study survey, policy statement, codes of practice and proposed departmental expansion.
The papers were donated to the library by Young in September 1991.Access Conditions
