Letter from Elspeth Grahame (in the hand of an amanuensis) to Johnny Ward, 1945. The letter was originally loosely inserted into a printed copy of The First Whispers of The Wind in the Willows (2nd ed., 1944), inscribed by Elspeth Grahame to Ward, 1945. The book is catalogued as Rec. e. 394.
