Falconer Madan (1851-1935) was Bodley's Librarian, a palaeographer and bibliographer. Details are given in Who Was Who.

Papers of Falconer Madan relating to his New bibliography of the Eikon Basilike of King Charles the First (Oxford & London: 1951) in two volumes. Contents arranged in 'Madan' (bibliography) item number order include:
