Reporting problems with the OLIS catalogue

Please use this form to report any problems you have encountered finding material on OLIS, including any item you know or believe a library holds, and which should be on OLIS, but which you cannot find in the online catalogue, and any errors you think are present in the catalogue headings or bibliographic details for an item.
