SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR LAND USE CONTAMINATION SITE SURVEYING COMPANIES

The Map Room offers a special service to land use consultants, the details are as follows:

A fee of £25.00 + VAT will be charged for retrieval of maps for any one site.

Space is available each day for four land use site surveying companies.

Individual companies are permitted access to a maximum of four sites per day.

Companies may book a place in the Map Room by telephone (01865 277139) or fax (01865 277139), supplying details of grid references for the sites they wish to consult.

We require 48 hours notice prior to retrieving maps for any one site, subject to availability of space.

Fax or written enquiries are considered in the same way as site surveying companies visiting the Map Room. Enquiries are dealt with if there are fewer than the maximum of four site surveying companies using the Map Room facilities. Should the Map Room be full, fax or written requests are allocated to the next free booking space.

Fax and written enquiries are charged an additional £10.00 + VAT per site for any resultant photocopying.

Site surveyors visiting the Map Room are charged an additional £5.00 per site for any resultant photocopying.

Should details of sites requested fail to include a national grid reference (or quote an incorrect national grid reference), any resulting fee will be doubled and the request placed at the back of the queue for processing.
