Abraham Isaacs. Furniture Broker and Rag Merchant (c. 1820)

Abraham Isaacs’ trade card displays masonic symbols. These are fairly common in trade cards, and by their use freemasons gained respect from non-masons and loyalty from fellow freemasons. Other examples of trade cards with masonic symbols are at nos. 240, 293, 294, 295, 309 and 333.
